Arizona Private Tours is 100% committed to the safety of our guests, our employees and our community. We will do everything we can to mitigate possible contamination and conception of COVID-19. Our tour vehicle will be sanitized thoroughly at the end of every tour and frequently during the day while our guests are enjoying the spectacular vistas. We encourage all of our guest to wear masks and limit contact when not necessary. If you do not have a mask we will happily provide you one. We encourage the use of hand sanitizer and personal hygiene practices as set forth by the CDC.

In addition to strict sanitation practices, we will be distancing ourselves from other tour groups at the discretion of the guide. We will be monitoring guest temperatures and symptoms before you are allowed to get into the vehicle. A temperature of 100 degrees or more, any symptoms in the past 48hours, or refusal to participate in the questionnaire or temperature reading will result in a cancellation of the tour.

Our vehicle is equipped with leather seats, WeatherTec vinyl flooring and HEPA air filters inside the vehicle. All of these precautions make for a vehicle that is easy to sanitize properly. We will carefully sanitize every part of the vehicle to ensure our guests safety. We will be sanitizing the vehicle according to the guidelines set fourth by the CDC.

We will be carefully monitoring our guides and employees of Arizona Private Tours. We will cautiously observe any symptoms or any concerns that may arise. We encourage our guests to notify us if they do not feel well at anytime before the tour. We will be waving our cancellation policy at this time to encourage our guest to act in their best interest and for the safety of our guides and our community.

We encourage our guests to be aware of their surroundings during their travel to Arizona. If at any point you have come in contact with someone that is exhibiting symptoms, we encourage you to self isolate and postpone your tour.

During the tour our guides will be handing out water and limiting contact of beverages and snacks. Our per-prepared lunches will also be handed out by the guide to prevent contact and contamination of sensitive materials.

As of now, we are not operating our private tours to the Native American reservations including Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the painted desert and stops at Cameron Trading post until further notice decided by the tribal governments. Our tours will operate a little differently than normal during these unprecedented times. We will do our best to limit contact with other guests and tourist while observing the spectacular sights that Arizona has to offer.

We can assure our guests that we are doing more than any other tour operation to produce a safe and memorable experience for you and your guest.  Although we are doing everything we can to protect our guest, we ask that you please help protect yourself and you health by acting responsibly and appropriately during these unprecedented times.

We encourage all of our guest to refer to the Center for Disease Control, the US State Department Travel Advisory and Flagstaff, Arizona Travel Advisory pages for current information. If at any time you have any concerns or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.

Sincerely,
